1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gemma Guest Studio LLC website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Custom & Handmade Products

All products sold by Gemma Guest Studio LLC are handmade and/or custom-made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy applies to all products including but not limited to custom t-shirts, sports shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tumblers, glassware, and design fees. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Gemma Guest Studio LLC in the following circumstances:

• The item received is materially different from what was ordered
• The item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect

In these cases, please contact us at orders@theguests.org within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

4. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all order details — including sizes, customization text, colors, and quantities — are correct before submitting. Please review your cart carefully. We are not responsible for errors made at the time of ordering.

5. Production & Shipping Times

As all items are made to order, please allow adequate production time before shipment. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Gemma Guest Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Gemma Guest Studio LLC remain the intellectual property of Gemma Guest Studio LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any designs without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gemma Guest Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
